Pick 4 doesn't have one set jackpot to play for like lots of other lotteries. It is the way you play that determines how much you can win. Bet on a Straight and match all four numbers in exact order, and you'll win 5,000 times your wager amount. If you've put down the maximum $5, it's possible to land $25,000.
The following table tells you the payouts for each bet type. It shows the prize for $1 plays - if you wager more, just multiply the value shown accordingly. You can also see how the odds of winning are different for each play.

Payout amounts in Pick 4 are fixed, but there is a maximum prize fund - known as the liability limit - for each draw. This is set at $200,000 for each of the three states in the Tri-State Lottery, making $600,000 in total. If ticket sales reach the point where winners could not be paid the full prize, bets will be suspended on relevant number combinations.
If you win a Pick 4 prize in New Hampshire, you have one year to claim your winnings. The prize must be redeemed in the Granite State, and it's a simple process regardless of how much you win.
For prizes of up to $599.99, you can take your winning ticket to an NH Lottery retailer or mail it in to the following address:

New Hampshire Lottery

For larger amounts, you can still claim by mail, or visit the New Hampshire Lottery headquarters in Concord in person. You'll need to complete a claim form and provide photo ID such as your driver's license or passport, as well as proof of your Social Security number.
